XOXO Gospel Girl™ is an emerging online personality; She is a trauma-informed, spiritually grounded leader creating a movement reclaiming Kingdom identity, sacred belonging, and embodied heirship.
In a busy world filled with noise, distraction, fear, and exhaustion, Gospel Girl challenges the status-driven narratives of modern culture and reframes identity through the lens of the Kingdom of God. While the world glorifies celebrity, comparison, and material success, Gospel Girl cultivates a different kind of influence rooted in healing, testimony, and sacred belonging.
Instead of “spilling tea” about scandal and relational wreckage, Gospel Girl spills the T—Testimony, sharing stories of redemption, restoration, and transformation. At its heart, the movement cultivates communities where people rediscover their identity not as outsiders striving for approval but as heirs of an eternal Kingdom—beloved, chosen, and invited into a place prepared for them.

Dr. Erica Hospes-Quejado, DHS, LMFT, MACP (in progress), is a trauma-informed psychotherapist, executive coach, founder of The Creation Agency, and a forming chaplain devoted to the integration of psychological healing, spiritual formation, and Kingdom building. With over a decade of clinical leadership in Silicon Valley, she has developed a deeply integrative approach to transformation through her Whole Being Model™ addressing the Body, Heart, Mind, Spirit, and Agency as interconnected pathways to healing and wholeness.
Her path, however, was neither conventional nor convenient—it was formed in the wilderness of this world.
Before stepping fully into her clinical and spiritual calling, Erica spent over 15 years in the high-tech industry, working with some of the world’s leading companies including Adobe, Siebel Systems, and HP. There, she mastered business development, enterprise sales, post-sales strategy, and customer success developing a sharp, intuitive, and “Jedi-like” capacity for results driven systems thinking, leadership, and human behavior within complex environments.
As a therapist, she supports individuals, couples, and the modern family system in navigating crisis, multigenerational patterns, and relational ruptures guiding them from fracture to freedom. She also brings that same level of precision and depth into her work as an executive coach, partnering with high-level leaders across industries as they wrestle with purpose, integrity, performance, and profit guiding them to manifest their highest potential through alignment between who they are, how they lead, and what they build.
Yet even in success, Erica found herself in a professional wilderness.
While the tech world afforded her resources, influence, and a powerful skill set, it was never her final mission. That wilderness became formative revealing that true transformation is not found in performance, achievement, or external success, but in identity, integration, and embodied presence.
Today, Erica’s work bridges neurophysiology, attachment theory, theology, and lived experience—guiding individuals out of trauma-induced fragmentation and into restored identity. She is the creator of Spiritually Sealed™, a revelation in relational restoration and a transformational community movement, and of Prescriptures™, daily doses of theology purposed for impact. Through this work, she equips others to move from orphanhood to heirship—restoring not only personal healing, but relational, spiritual, and generational transformation.
Erica will be reachable through her voice as XOXO Gospel Girl™, she invites others into a sacred space of truth-telling, testimony, and restoration—where pain is no longer hidden, but redeemed with purpose.
